Year One (known as Part I)Â is a foundation year. Students study a scriptural language, usually from scratch. The choice is Hebrew, New Testament Greek, Sanskrit or Qur'anic Arabic. They take four other papers from a choice of seven. See detailed descriptions for Part I
Year Two (known as Part IIA) allows students to specialise in an area of interest. They take four papers from a range of 16. They can continue with a scriptural language if they wish. See detailed descriptions for Part IIA
Year Three (known as Part IIB)Â offers an even wider range of papers, with the option of a dissertation, and allows students to develop a detailed knowledge of one or more of the specialised areas within the subject. See detailed descriptions for Part IIB.
