Research Interests

During the Michaelmas term 2013 and the Lent term 2014, I am pursuing a research project on theology of creation and evolutionary biology at the Faculty of Divinity. With Professor Sarah Coakley as a mentor, I am working on issues such as philosophy of science and apologetics, anthropocentrism in biology and theology, and teleology/directionality in evolutionary history. Funded by the German Research Foundation, the project is intended to feed into a Habilitation at Heidelberg University.
