PhD student awarded scholarship to study at the University of Tübingen

Alexander D. Garton has been awarded the ‘Karl Schlecht Stipend’.  The first year PhD student, supervised by Professor Ian McFarland, will spend next academic year as a visiting doctoral student at the University of Tübingen.

The scholarship is administered via the ‘Global Network of Research Centers for Theology, Religious and Christian Studies’. The award is worth €6,000 and is given annually to four doctoral or post-doctoral researchers. More information is available at http://globalnetresearch.org/
