The Centre for Advanced Religious and Theological Studies (CARTS) was part of the Faculty of Divinity of the University of Cambridge until its closure on 30 September 2013. The main work of the Centre consisted of running research projects as listed below. The Centre also hosted Visiting Fellows who stayed for periods of a few months to a year to work on a particular piece of research.
