The Spider and the Bee: Confinement and Metaphysics
If truth is more than the banality of ‘what is’, more than a ‘redundant’ terminology, then a certain faith in its possibility as continuously arriving and as disclosive addition or ‘grace’ is implicitly required. This is no luxury – it is rather the key to the sustaining of human communication and interaction beyond the epistemological lockdown of the spider’s cobweb-castle. |
