Overview: when to use these online forms to request closed-access items
If you would like to consult a closed-access book which was published before 1950, you will need to fill out one of the following two online request forms. You can do so before travelling to the Divinity Faculty Library, or when you are in the Library. Please note: for some closed-access materials we will need between 24 and 48h notice (during the working week of Monday to Friday), in order to gurantee that you will be able to see it when you need to consult the item.
- If you have a Cambridge Raven account (CRsID and password): please use the request form for University of Cambridge members.
- If you do not have a Cambridge Raven account: please use the request form for external researchers.
If you are requesting items in advance of your visit, please wait for our confirmation email; especially, if you are travelling to Cambridge, especially to only see the requested item(s).
