Today sees the launch of a collection of sermons on the Apostles’ Creed, preached in Jesus College, when John Hughes was dean of chapel. Many of the contributors have Divinity Faculty connections, including three current senior members: Professor Janet Soskice, Dr Simon Gathercole, and Dr Andrew Davison, who edited the volume after Dr Hughes’ tragic death in a traffic accident.
The launch will take place today, 2 February, at 3 pm, at Jesus College, as part of the John Hughes Arts Festival, named in John’s honour.
