Divinity's Dr Joe Webster, named runner-up in the Vice Chancellor's Research Impact and Engagement awards and Dr Naures Atto (AMES) former Divinity Research Associate runner-up in Early Career Researcher Award
Dear all,
Now that we have managed one day of teaching in the new system, we can congratulate ourselves. But I particularly want to send congratulations to Dr Joe Webster, who has been named runner-up in the Vice Chancellor's Research Impact and Engagement Awards:
This is for his work on Sectarianism in Scotland and the repeal of the Offensive Behaviour at Football Act. It is a major achievement as the awards are competitive across the University and include competing with those finding a vaccine for Covid-19!
Well done to Joe.
Best wishes,
Jim
