The UK Rabbinics network launched this week, bringing together a diverse group including leading scholars in the field and PhD students from Cambridge, LBC, Oxford, UCL, KCL, Manchester, SOAS and beyond, for its inaugural research workshop with Dr. Hallel Baitner and Dr. Yael Fisch (Oxford) on The Textual Temple: Mishnah Middot, Context and Methodology.  An initiative by Dr Tali Artman Partock (Cambridge) and Dr Laliv Clenman (Leo Baeck College), the Network aims to support and develop scholarship in the field of Rabbinics in the United Kingdom.   The next meetings for work-in-progress workshops will feature study with Prof. Emeritus Philip Alexander (Manchester) and Prof. Sacha Stern (UCL).
