Biography

Tyler J. Patty is a PhD student in the Divinity Faculty at the University of Cambridge (2021-present), supervised by Professor Nathan MacDonald. His research is concerned with the linguistics of Classical Hebrew conversation as represented in the narrative of the Hebrew Bible. Tyler is a part-time student and resides in the Czech Republic, where he works as Pathway Leader and Lecturer in Bible and Theology at ForMission College's European Hub. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a member of the Society of Biblical Literature and the Evangelical Theological Society.
