Who is the Buddha? Webinar series January - March 2022

A series of free webinars for school teachers held in collaboration with the Faculty of Divinity and the University of Edinburgh. The series explores key aspects of Buddhism through the figure of the Buddha and aims to take teachers on an informative and entertaining tour through Buddhist literature, ideas, and practices, and gain access to some new resources for teaching Buddhism in your own classroom. The series is suitable for new and experienced teachers.

What does good RE look like? 8th March 2022

Our next Twilight CPD event for teachers will be held on 8th March 2022 and we are delighted to be hosting Chief Ofsted Inspector and RE Schools & Subject Lead Richard Kueh on 'What does good RE look like?' Dr Kueh is an alumni of both the Faculty of Divinity and the Faculty of Education, and his educational career has spanned pastoral and academic roles in various phases, including Head of Department for a new free school, pastoral Head of Year, SEMH Co-ordinator, RE Subject Specialist for a multi-academy trust, Project Director for a regional school improvement partnership, Vice-Principal of a large secondary school, Associate Principal of a primary school and Director of Teacher Training & Development for a teacher training provider.
